Putting routine
The reason you have a putting routine is so that under pressure you can do the same thing putt after putt.
Remember your routine generally doesn’t start until you have decided on the line of the putt.
1-Stand behind the ball on the B line, many amateurs in particular don’t follow this excellent rule.
2-Take a couple of practice strokes away from the ball looking at the hole
3-Walk confidently into the ball
4-Line the putter up either with the black line or the line of the putt
5-One look then let it fire, the best putter don’t take to much time over there putts
6-Finally remember to hold your finish
Best 4 players in the world to watch do this at the moment are Rory Mcilroy, Paula Creamer, Steve Stricker and Anthony Kim.
